Round Breakroom Tables
No matter the size of the company, the most common request we receive is 48″ round breakroom tables at a standard height of 29″ tall. You just can’t beat a laminate table that is easy to clean. The typical round size is 42″ or 48″ in diameter. 42″ fits 3 comfortable with 48″ in diameter for 4 folks. If you are interested in a small round conference table, these tables would cross over for that too by changing out the chairs. We like this table for the multiple finishes. There are wood grain and solid laminate options. The X base is nice for giving the chair bases more room. Here is our affiliate link for these round breakroom tables. For Kansas, Missouri, and the KC metro, these are the same manufacturers we sell.
A trend in design is a mix of bar height and standard height tables. In this install, we did round tables in standard height and bar height. This client did two different chairs highlighting the two different options.
Another client wanted a mix of standard height and bar height. For the bar height, they went with a rectangle break room table. This modern laminate table has a white panel base and contrasting laminate top.
For the standard height, laminate round tables were chosen with sled based chairs. They upgraded the base with a slender modern look.
Office Break Room Chairs
When it comes to office break room chairs, most clients want stackable and easy to clean. A polymer plastic chair is a common choice. We prefer break room chairs with 4 legs for the sturdiness. They can be slightly more expensive than sled based legs. We show sled based chairs in the example above and below this paragraph. Below is an example of break room post leg chairs we recommend. We like there are multiple color choices in the shell finish. Also, you can have the frame be silver or white. Black Breakroom Chairs
While we prefer the post leg chairs, you can go with the sled based breakroom chairs. Here are the black breakroom chairs we recommend with our affiliate link.
In one install, the break room was at the front of the office. Company meetings and entertaining was common. They went with an upgrade in price to the sustainable post consumer recycled glass for the surface top. The glass shards matched their brand. The tables were a talking point of the sustainability the company has as a core value.
